When marrying, ask yourself this question:
Do you believe that you will be able to
converse well with this person into your old age? Everything
else in marriage is transitory.

 

By all means, marry. If you get a good wife,
you’ll become happy; if you get a bad one,
you’ll become a philosopher.

 

Marriage is neither heaven nor
hell, it is simply purgatory.
